Scooter (aka "Squirrel") is a long and lean lovin' machine. With his big green-eyes and affectionate nature, he'll melt your heart in no time! Scooter is about 7 years old and loves to give hugs and head-butts! He's still waiting for his forever home, so please come visit him anytime!

About Our Cats

After our own shop kitty, Felix, passed away a few years ago, we began to foster cats with local cat rescue organizations. Our foster felines stay in the shop all day and they have a 3-story "condo" to play and sleep in at night. We give them lots of love and affection until they find their forever homes. There's always one or more cats in the shop, so if you're looking for a new kitty companion, come see our newest feline guests.

About Tails High

We currently foster cats for a new cat rescue league in Alexandria, called Tails High . Tails High rescues homeless, abandoned, and injured cats and places them in permanent, loving homes. All of Tails High's cats receive all the healthcare they need and are spayed or neutered before being adopted. Tails High is a no-kill cat rescue league and is run entirely by volunteers. 100% of all donations goes entirely to the care and feeding of the rescued animals.

We also host kitten & cat adopt-a-thons in our 3rd floor community room. If you're considering a new kitten companion (or two), please come to the Tails High adoption events held on select Saturdays. Click here for the current schedule. Your new purr-fect feline friend is waiting for you!
